abstract

Molecule dynamics and weak wave function overlap lead to distinct
transport mechanism in these organic semiconductors, characterized by
intrinsic dynamic electronic disorder. High crystal quality and
exquisite electronic purity make these semiconductors a suitable base
for device performance studies. Recent results will be discussed.
