 d measure electronic devices at the single quantum level has shaped the la
 st decade in mesoscopic physics. The measurement procedure itself\, as wel
 l as the effect of a dissipative environment\, are intrinsically quantum i
 n these systems\, which poses a challenge to experimentalists as well as t
 heorists. These problems are common for the full counting statistics of el
 ectrons passing in a nanodevice\, fluctuations and amplification in quantu
 m-limited complex circuits\, and the next-generation qubit schemes. The wo
 rkshop strives to achieve the synergy of these research fields at the leve
 l of theory and experiment.
