 ristian Unger studies cellular reprogramming at the Centre for Stem Cell B
 iology in Sheffield. In 2003 he started to work on human ES cells\, their 
 genetic modification and hematopoietic differentiation at the Karolinska I
 nstitute in Stockholm. With the more recent discovery of induced pluripote
 ncy much of his time is devoted to analyse specific aspects of iPS cell ge
 neration. More recently he aims to use reprogrammed cells to model cancer
