- Last time we discussed about propagation dynamics of epidemics. We are moving now towards the field of propagation dynamics of information, or more generally, of ideas. The first paper is a study on the growth of Mast Cell research, through the view of epidemics spreading models. The second paper is a recent work on spreading and competition of memes in a social network, using 'big data' from Twitter. We will also discuss topics for future reading. Readings: S.
