- Description
- High speed and low power integrated circuits and systems are presented in this talk. Corresponding applications mainly involve wireless and wired communications. The works include wireless transmission systems at 200 GHz with record measured data rates of up to 50 Gb/s, wake-up receivers with a power consumption of 25 only uW, very energy efficient adaptive circuits, hybrid positioning systems, active audio systems in organic technologies, as well as the first wireless receiver in bendable thin film technology.
