- Description
- Combinatorial problems can be encoded into nanofabricated networks and solved by large numbers of molecular-motor-propelled protein filaments in so called Network-based biocomputation. In this workshop, experts of quantum- and DNA computing and molecular motor-powered, network-based computing will join forces to develop new directions in biocomputation. Workshop scope Approaches to bio- and parallel computing Implementation of efficient algorithms Efficient encoding and readout of large amounts of information into (biological) computing agents Single-molecule sensing and detection Fabrication and scale-up of computing devices
