- The Center for Information Services and High Performance Computing Dresden (ZIH) is very pleased to announce the 11th Parallel Tools Workshop, which is organized jointly with the High Performance Computing Center Stuttgart (HLRS). The workshop is a two day event taking place on the campus of Technische Universitaet Dresden close to the pittoresque and lively city center of Dresden with its famous buildings. The workshop addresses software development tools for HPC and is characterized as follows: - Combined talks and demonstrations will focus on state-of-the-art tools in the field of integrated development environments, parallel debugging and performance analysis - Tool authors and experts will be on site to provide information about the use of a wide range of tools and to discuss future developments - The proceedings of the workshop will be published by Springer Verlag, and a complimentary copy will be given to every participant The Parallel Tools Workshop is a forum for users and developers of HPC and other parallel programming environments. Through the presentation of invited talks, attendees will have the opportunity to share ideas and experiences and thereby contributing to the future improvement of supportive tools for parallel programming.
