- There is a growing trend to analyze structures in three dimensions requiring scientists to contend with volumes rather than sections. However because of the obscuring effects of light scatter, imaging deep into a tissue volume is problematic. The LMF-staff presents its experience with different protocols for whole organ clearing and how to acquire and process the images.
