- How can we strengthen the planning processes for urban transformation? How is it possible to scale up benefits of demonstration projects mor easily? The MAtchUP project described here develops models for replication and upscaling. It is based on impacts evaluation and will develop innovative business models. This will lead to more real deployments than the pilots projects previously. The project includes lighthouse cities (Valencia, Dresden and Antalya) and follower cities (Ostend, Herzliya (in Israel), Skopje and Kerava (Finland). Vortrag und Diskussion in Deutsch und Englisch.
