- Moderne elektronische Systeme integrieren eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Systembestandteile auf engstem Raum. Das Micro-Transfer-Printing ist ein neuartiges Technologieverfahren zur Fertigung solcher heterogenen Systeme. Das Kolloquium gibt einen Einblick in diese neue Technologie und zeigt Anwendungsbeispiele auf. Darüber hinaus wird die Notwendigkeit eines angepassten Entwurfsablaufs diskutiert. Die Teilnahme ist kostenlos.
