Description
Chipcytometry has a number of features that are quite similar to conventional flow cytometry with three additional features making Chipcytometry an exciting NEW biomarker technology: 1. Long-term sample storage/ No sample consumption: Chipcytometry uses small microfluidic chips enabling long-term storage of clinical samples for a period of up to 24 months. Cell storage is particularly useful for precious samples like patient samples, rare cells and sorted cells and clinical trial samples. 2. High-Content Cytometry: Chipcytometry enables highly multiplexed biomarker assays. Zellkraftwerk recently has launched a 100-plex panel for human immune cell phenotyping. 3. Tissue Cytometry: Chipcytometry can work with liquid specimens as well as with all tissue types. Based on Chipcytometry you can set-up highly multiplexed tissue biomarker assays (e.g. 30-plex) within only days. The seminar will cover an introduction to the technology, workflow and data from academic and industrial customers. Zellkraftwerk currently supports 9 phase I, 5 phase II and a number of translational trials in North America, South America, Europe and Asia.
