- Description
- FaCellitate is a spin-off from BASF’s Advanced Materials & Systems Research with the mission to bring new innovations into the cell culture market. Our aim is to provide an intelligent polymer coating platform with cell-repellent or various cell-instructive cell culture surfaces, which are compatible with existing labware, easy to apply and highly reproducible. In this seminar, we would like to introduce our first product, a polymeric solution, which generates ultra-low attachment surfaces for 3D cell culture. The polymer solution can be easily applied via a simple coating process, shows rapid adhesion on not-treated cell culture vessels of various geometries and generates a homogeneous, cell-repellent coating, which was tested with different cell lines. The coatings can be used for any cell-repellent applications, which we are looking forward to discussing with you in more detail.
