- Description
- This presentation will look at SRRF-Stream running on Andor’s Dragonfly High Speed Confocal Imaging System. SRRF-Stream is a new real time super-resolution microscopy functionality that operates exclusively on Andor’s iXon EMCCD and the new Sona back-illuminated sCMOS cameras. This presentation will look at how SRRF-Stream works, how to use this with the Dragonfly system and address some practical considerations. There will be hands-on sessions following the talk on Wednesday, 16.1. starting from 9 am at the Dragonfly High Speed Spinning Disk Microscope at the CRTD. Please contact Isabel Raabe (isabel.raabe@tu-dresden.de) if you want to test the system with your sample.
