- Description
- Bioinspired materials and biosensing technologies have increasingly attracted attention in the scientific community due to their groundbreaking contribution to biomedical research. In this seminar, I will introduce my previous and ongoing research efforts in the intersection of biomaterials, theranostics, and diagnostic technologies. Firstly, I will highlight several examples of biomaterials and biosensing technologies that I have developed thus far, such as biomimetic scaffolds for drug delivery, medical implant with increased biocompatibility, and particularly biosensors for disease diagnostics. In the second part of my talk, I will delve into my current research on biosensing, that are aimed at detecting several disease-related biomarkers at the point of care. Overall, this talk will demonstrate how my work is contributing to the various fields of biomedical technologies and will provide insights into creating potential collaboration opportunities.
