- Description
- Generative Artificial Intelligence – and Large Language Models (LLMs) in particular – are changing the way we use computers for data analysis. LLMs can take a look at images, describe them, propose strategies for quantitative bio-image analysis, and generate code for processing the image data reproducibly. In this lecture we will learn about underlying basic principles and real-world use-cases from the microscopy-/bio-image data analysis context. We will see how LLMs such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Google’s Gemini and Open Source alternatives can be used to do Bio-image Analysis. Participate in this lecture: https://tud.link/i8zf
