Join us in our webinar to hear from Sebastian how the zebrafish brain shows significant regenerative capacity! Using single-cell RNA sequencing to profile over 41,000 cells and spatial transcriptomics for 160,000 cells, diverse telencephalic cell types were identified. He will explain how the combination of these techniques allowed for a deeper understanding of both cell identities and their spatial organization, revealing dynamic changes across regeneration timepoints and providing insights into processes like neurogenesis, inflammation, and axon regeneration.
