The Pandu event series invites you to a digital lunch talk via Zoom on Thursday, November 26, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. This discussion is part of the program weeks organized for the sixth consecutive year by the TU Dresden’s Complaint Office in cases of discrimination harassment, on the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women. The discussion will focus on how digital violence, such as that caused by smart-home technologies and AI, is increasingly impacting our physical reality. Together with experts from academia and the professional field, including Michaela Burkard (bff: Active Against Digital Violence), Victor Jüttner (ScaDS.AI Dresden/Leipzig), and Dr. Katrin Etzrodt (TU Dresden), the discussion will focus on how the abuse of power can be more effectively addressed in future technology development and cybersecurity practices.
