Description
We are interested in how transcription factors act together to determine cell identity in embryonic and neural stem cells. By analyzing protein-protein interactions and genome-wide binding sites we wish to first identify transcription factor interactions and subsequently the functional relevance of these interactions. We apply the identified networks to human diseases associated with mutations in the transcription factor of interest in an attempt to make mechanistic connections between different human syndromes.
