- Description
- This talk will be concerned with many-body systems out of equilibrium, following fast and slow quenches. We address theoretical progress on the questions of how non-integrable systems apparently thermalise via non-equilibrium dynamics and how correlations spread in the course of slow quenches. We put these results into context with recent experimental work on systems of ultra-cold atoms slowly undergoing a phase transition in instances of quantum simulators. (Mentions joint work with M.
