- Die Diplomandin hatte die Aufgabe, Wartungszeitpunkte in einer Halbleiterfabrik vorherzusagen. Diese Daten werden insbesondere für die Online-Simulation der Fabrik benötigt. Die Arbeit wurde von Daniel Noack betreut, der unser Kurzfristsimulationsprojekt bei Infineon leitet.
