- Over the past years, the Saxon Biotechnology Symposium attracted each year over 250 researchers discussing advances in molecular biology and medicine, biophysics and bioinformatics. Talks by renowned invited speakers in the above areas are complemented with a poster session that attracted over 100 posters in past years. The Saxon Biotechnology Symposium aims to foster co-operation in saxon biotechnology and beyond. The meeting is open and free of charge. It is a joint conference of the BIOTEChnology Center of the TU Dresden and the Biotechnological-Biomedical Center (BBZ) of the University Leipzig. Registration is required.
