- Description
- Floquet-Keldysh non-equilibrium theory is developed for optically as well as phononically excited plasmonic and semi-conducting single layer graphene. The solution within a coupled-matrix dynamical mean field theory (DMFT) in an iterative perturbative solver (IPT) is presented in detail. Results for the non-equilibrium band structure and the life-time of states as well as higher occupancies are discussed. .
